Adinda Tenriangke Muchtar is the chief editor of the Suara website. Adinda earned her Bachelor’s of Social Science from University of Indonesia in 2001 under the Department of International Relations and her Master’s of International Studies from The University of Sydney (2004) under Australia Development Scholarships – AusAID. Adinda is currently on study leave from a private research institute, The Indonesian Institute, Center for Public Policy Research (TII), which is based in Jakarta and where she joined as a senior researcher in political affairs in 2005. She has been acting as program director of TII since 2007. Previously, Adinda worked at the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI) in Indonesia, dealing with legislative strengthening programs in 2002 and 2004. Adinda is a New Zealand Aid scholar and has been working on her Ph.D. in development studies since March 2014 at Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. She is planning to undertake research on aid relationships under women’s empowerment projects in South Sulawesi, Indonesia.
