Born and raised in Dallas with a brief stint in the United Kingdom, Erik graduated from Boston College with a degree in history and a minor in international studies: cooperation and conflict resolution. After serving as a rugby coach, teacher, and counselor for a year at Jesuit College Preparatory School, he moved to Washington, D.C., joining Atlas Network as an Institute Relations and Programs Associate through the Charles Koch Institute Associate Program. Erik is passionate about international travel, with a particular affinity for Eastern Europe, where he studied at Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland.  When he is not working towards advancing the liberty movement, Erik enjoys cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles and Dallas Stars, hiking or biking, and sampling some of the DMV's finest restaurants.
