Kassoum Coulibaly is an economist, strategist, social entrepreneur and political leader of the new generation in Africa. As founder and CEO of the Centre Kassoum Coulibaly, a liberal classical think tank in Mali, and founder and president of the Mouvement Liberal (ML), he is motivated and committed to global economic progress and universal peace promotion. Kassoum is also currently supporting economic freedom and trade relations between China and Africa as the Sichuan Supplier Chamber of Commerce’s Economic and Commercial Counsellor for Africa and Middle East Region. He obtained an associate degree in economics and development at the University of Bouaké (Ivory Coast), as well as bachelor’s and master’s degrees in management from the University of Bamako (Mali) in 2000. Kassoum also earned a postgraduate diploma in human rights from the College Universitaire Henry Dunant (Switzerland) in 2008, a certificate in mineral policy and contract negotiation from the University of Johannesburg (South Africa) in 2013, and a certificate in business and human rights from the University of Pretoria (South Africa).
