Marija Vysniauskaite is the head of the Lithuanian Free Market Institute’s Education Centre. She started as a project manager and now is responsible for all the educational activities of the Institute. Marija earned her bachelor’s degree in philosophy and a teacher’s qualification in history at Vilnius Pedagogical University in Lithuania. She also holds a master’s degree in philosophy from Vilnius University. She co-authored the secondary school textbook “Economics in 31 Hours,” which has already reached 82 percent of pupils in Lithuania and won the 2016 Templeton Freedom Award, the 2017 London Book Fair’s Educational Learning Resources Award, and the 2016 LOGIN People’s Choice Award for the best online educational tool.
