Maryan Zablotskyy is an expert in macroeconomics, financial markets, and agricultural policy. He is head of the Ukrainian Economic Freedoms Foundation (UEFF) and previously worked in both advocacy and banking. Maryan co-founded UEFF in 2015. He holds a master's degree in finance from Lviv Commercial Academy and a Ph.D. in economics from Ukrainian National Science Academy. Maryan also took business administration training in Ashridge Business School (U.K.) and econometrics training at Vienna University of Economics and Business. Zablotskyy completed the 2016 Think Tank Leadership Training in Miami. Maryan took part in the development of numerous law drafts, of which 7 were fully adopted. These laws terminated two dozen different permits and licenses, improved land rights protection and decreased corruption.
