Melissa Mann is Vice President of Communications at Atlas Network, where she provides strategic guidance for the organization’s public relations, brand awareness, and messaging. She oversees all print and digital publications, videos, and other products that define Atlas Network’s communications with donors, media, and general audiences. She joined Atlas Network in 2018 and became the Vice President of Communications in 2019. Melissa spent seventeen years as Director of Development at Reason Foundation, a public policy and media organization based in Los Angeles, California. She is a professional voiceover artist and has recorded commercials, industrial videos, videogames, and telephone answering systems. She was also a drive-time radio DJ on a popular CHR station in Bakersfield, California. 

Melissa received a bachelor’s degree in Diplomacy and World Affairs from Occidental College and did graduate work in public policy and law at the Universität des Saarlandes in Saarbrücken and Rheinische-Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn, both in what was then West Germany.
