Rodrigo Constantino is chairman of Instituto Liberal and a founding member of the Instituto Millenium, both of which are Atlas Network partners based in Brazil. Constantino has operated in the financial sector since 1997 and is a graduate in economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC-RJ), as well as holding an MBA in finance from Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais (IBMEC). Constantine was a columnist for Veja, and is a columnist for leading Brazilian media like the newspapers Valor Econômico and O Globo. He won the Libertas Award at the XXII Fórum da Liberdade in 2009, and has published several books, including Privatize Já and Esquerda Caviar.
