With over twenty years of experience in public affairs and government relations, specializing in strategic planning, message development, event planning, and advocacy campaigns, Tere Nolla is thoroughly acquainted with state and federal policy. Working for various administrations in the government of Puerto Rico, she supervised the implementation of key initiatives in economic development, public safety, education, and agriculture both in Puerto Rico and before the U.S. Congress. As a member of a government affairs practice group in one of the nation’s leading law firms, she implemented public and government affairs strategies as well as grassroots campaigns for clients with interests in tax and trade, telecommunications, commercial aviation, and general appropriations. Tere has a B.A. in history with minor concentrations in English and Spanish from Loyola College in Maryland, and possesses a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from the George Washington University’s School of Business and Public Management.
