Leader Lab is a three-day immersive program that helps new managers think strategically about the core functions of a think tank or advocacy group. Participants focus on becoming more effective managers and leaders at their respective organizations, learning and applying best practices in managing that transition, and growing in their roles.  They will create and deliver an elevator pitch, as well as, work on strategic planning that is relevant to their organization.  There will also be an opportunity for mentorship engagement with COOs from Think Tanks across the globe, to get professional and practical advice.
