Join Atlas Network in New York City on Tuesday, February 28 at 6:00 p.m. at the Penn Club for a reception featuring Ayesha Bilal of the Policy Research Institute of Market Economy (PRIME). Ayesha will discuss the challenges associated with promoting freedom in Muslim-majority communities and PRIME's strategy and activities to promote economic freedom in Pakistan.
PRIME's mission is to develop and support policy reforms, institutions, and projects promoting economic well-being, economic freedom, transparency, and competition in the economy of Pakistan. For an open, free, and prosperous Pakistan, PRIME, a public policy think tank, is creating and expanding a constituency for the protective function of the state and freedom of the market.

Ayesha Bilal has a diverse yet highly specialized professional background. She has worked as a research executive at Gallup Pakistan. Then she joined NUST Business School as a visiting faculty member, teaching undergraduate students for a year, and simultaneously working part-time at the Center for Education and Consciousness. After her year teaching business school, Ayesha joined the Center for Education and Consciousness full-time and worked there as the program manager for Right to Education. Then she entered into a contract as a research associate with Punjab Saaf Pani Company, drafting a paper on water pricing. Currently, Ayesha is the Chief Operating Officer at PRIME Institute – a well known free market think tank operating in Pakistan striving for economic freedom. Ayesha holds a master’s degree in economics from Lahore University of Management Sciences.
