There’s been a lot of talk recently about the “border adjustment,” a proposed change to the U.S. tax system that is part of the House Republicans’ tax reform plan.

Many are wondering what exactly a border adjustment is, how one would work, and what the effects would be on businesses, taxpayers, and the broader economy.

In order to address these questions, the Tax Foundation will be hosting a special panel next Monday sponsored by the Intuit Tax & Financial Center: Talking Tax Reform: A Discussion of Treasury’s New Study on Border Adjustability, Cash Flow Taxes, and U.S. Companies.
