LONDON, June 9, 2016 -- Made possible by a generous grant from The John Templeton Foundation, Atlas Network is excited to announce the 2017, 2018, and 2019 Regional Liberty Forums to take place in Asia, Africa, Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East.
“The generosity of The John Templeton Foundation will enable think tanks all over the world to continue to learn from one another about how to advance the big questions that will truly advance human freedom and prosperity,” said Brad Lips, CEO of Atlas Network.
In cooperation with regional think tank partners, Atlas Network’s Regional Liberty Forums bring together friends of the worldwide freedom movement to learn from one another how to effectively advance free enterprise and entrepreneurship. Participants attend interactive sessions, hear from distinguished speakers, and challenge one another to address the big questions about how to accelerate the advancement of freedom and prosperity.
Regional Liberty Forums will also celebrate successful partner projects with the Regional Liberty Awards. These awards annually recognize think tanks that have made important contributions to improving the landscape for enterprise and entrepreneurship in their regions. Successful award applicants will have achieved impact and made innovative contributions to free enterprise research and advocacy.
As part of the generous gift from The John Templeton Foundation, Atlas Network is offering grants to think tanks with ambitious but achievable plans to liberate entrepreneurship and enterprise in their countries. Funding will be granted to approximately 25 projects per year averaging $15,000 per project for three years.
