A new service from Atlas Network partner Policy Research Institute of Market Economy (PRIME) in Pakistan provides a monthly economic analysis in the form of reports that “help business and corporate leaders to take better decisions and formulate informed responses about the consequences of important policy developments.” The syndicated monthly economic analysis is called "PRIME Analytical Reports on Taxation, Regulation & Economic Policy.”

“PRIME Analytical Reports ... are independent and evidence-based studies on the business environment in Pakistan,” the organization explains on its website. “These monthly reports are prepared to improve our understanding of business and policy challenges faced by the country's private sector and to help it steer on the path of growth.”

PRIME plans to release 12 such reports in a year, one report every month. The first two, “Withholding Tax Regime: History, Consequences for Business and Implications for Policy” and “China Pakistan Economic Corridor: A Primer,” have already been released.

The service requires an annual subscription fee of Rs. 75,000 ($1,155.36). Subscribers will receive 12 analytical reports in a year, preferential terms for specific business policy research/advocacy projects, and the opportunity to offer suggestions for report topics.
