Think Tank Start-up Training 2015 in Nepal’s Kathmandu Valley brought together more than 20 leaders from think tanks representing more than 10 countries across Asia. The in-depth management and leadership training was held in advance of Asia Liberty Forum 2015, and was facilitated by Asia Centre for Enterprise (ACE), in partnership with Atlas Network.
As part of the training, participants were challenged to develop updated vision statements, develop a change story, and identify their organizations’ enablers and blockers. Additionally, they participated in sessions on creating an impactful message and on the fundamentals of fundraising.
Each one of the participants left the training with an action plan and immediate next steps to advance the change stories in their organizations across Asia.
