
Lachlan joined Atlas Network after graduating from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics (PPE). Prior to joining Atlas, Lachlan worked at a variety of organizations in the liberty movement, including the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education (FIRE) and the Cato Institute. Although he has experience researching a variety of policy issues, his areas of expertise are criminal justice and speech policy, and he is most passionate about ending the War on Drugs. Lachlan grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia and currently lives in Washington DC. In his free time he enjoys reading, practicing his German, and watching documentary films.
