The mission of the Arab Center for Scientific Research and Humane Studies is to promote freedom, democracy, the rule of law, and a free-market economy across the MENA region. It is dedicated to improving the quality of think tanks and civil society initiatives, particularly through empowering youth and civic actors to promote policy papers to inform public debates and decision-makers in the MENA region.
