Adam Allouba is a business lawyer in Montreal, Quebec, and a director of Atlas Network partner Institute for Liberal Studies. Originally from the Toronto area, he holds a B.A. in history & political science and an M.A. in political science from McGill University, where he also attended law school. After being involved in mainstream Canadian politics in his youth, Allouba became a strong believer in the ideas of liberty after attending Cato University in 2002. In addition to sitting on the ILS board, he is a frequent contributor to Le Québécois Libre.
