Elisa Bishop is Director of Institute Relations and Programs at Atlas Network. She manages the grants and awards programs of the Atlas Network, including the prestigious Templeton Freedom Award and the Leveraging Indices for Free Enterprise Reform program. Originally from Brazil, Elisa joined Atlas Network in 2010 as a Charles G. Koch Summer Fellow. She was the winner of the VI Donald Stewart Jr. Award presented by Instituto Liberal (Atlas Network’s partner in Rio de Janeiro) in 2009 and worked closely with Atlas Network’s Portuguese language platform, OrdemLivre.org, organizing annual freedom lecture tours and the first Brazilian liberty summer seminar in 2012. Elisa received her bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universidade Federal de Santa Maria.
