Unfortunately for the U.S., trust in these democracy-supporting institutions has been on the decline, with many of these institutions at or near all-time lows according to Gallup. In addition to the trust issues for social institutions, trust is also declining for democratic processes—in particular, the voting process.

Atlas Network Announces 2024 Templeton Freedom Award Finalists

Atlas Network is pleased to announce the finalists for our prestigious Templeton Freedom Award, which is presented annually at our Liberty Forum & Freedom Dinner in New York City. Named for the late investor and philanthropist Sir John Templeton, the award honors his legacy by recognizing Atlas Network’s partner organizations for making innovative contributions to economic freedom and human progress.

Pacific Legal Foundation Wins Atlas Network's 2024 North America Liberty Award

Atlas Network is pleased to announce that Pacific Legal Foundation (PLF) has won the North America Liberty Award, which recognizes nonprofit organizations that are making innovative contributions to economic freedom and human progress in the region. In 2023, PLF secured a unanimous ruling in the Supreme Court that bans “home equity theft,” securing the property rights of Americans in states where local officials can victimize homeowners through property theft.
