
Casey Pifer (she/her) is vice president of institute relations at Atlas Network. In this role, she oversees the organization's network outreach and grants & awards teams, connecting 500+ partners in 100 countries and distributing over 10 million dollars in 2024 to promote choice, peace, and dignity across the globe. She is committed to advancing principled classical liberalism for a more humane, tolerant, open, and just world where people are free to pursue their dreams and be themselves. Casey is passionate about courageous leadership, authenticity, and fostering of high-trust and innovative team environments. Under her leadership, Atlas Network's grantmaking has doubled and interest in the IR department's programming has tripled. Casey has expertise in change management, strategic planning, delivering leadership training to industry professionals, and public speaking. Prior to her time with the institute relations team at Atlas Network, she spent several years working in event management during and following her economics studies at West Virginia University. Casey lives in Baltimore City with her husband Andrew and their scruffy rescue dog, Sully.
