Casey Pifer
Executive Vice President of Programs
Casey Pifer (she/her) is Executive Vice President of Programs at Atlas Network. Under the direction of the CEO, she is responsible for the strategy, programming, and personnel management necessary for delivering Atlas Network's core programs, which serve a 500-member network of civil society organizations present in over 100 countries.
These programs annually convene thousands of civil society professionals, provide extensive professional development education, and invest over 10 million dollars in grant support to promote choice, peace, and dignity across the globe. Casey is committed to principled classical liberalism that advances a humane, tolerant, open, and just world where people are free to pursue their dreams and be themselves. She is passionate about courageous leadership, authenticity, and fostering of high-trust and innovative team environments and she regularly speak in international forums on the topics of economics, nonprofit management, impact measurement, and leadership.
Prior to joining Atlas Network in 2014, she spent several years working in event management and tutoring university students in economics. Casey has a dual bachelor's degree with honors in economics and political science from West Virginia University. She lives in Baltimore City with her husband Andrew and their scruffy rescue dog, Sully.
