Chief of Staff

As Chief of Staff, Chelsea Schick works closely with all parts of the organization to help shape Atlas Network's future path, identify new organizational and programmatic opportunities, facilitate effective collaboration across departments in delivering key initiatives, and analyze our performance against organizational and departmental goals.

From 2012 to 2021 Chelsea Schick served as Director of Events, leading an incredible team that annually convened thousands of Atlas Network’s supporters and partners at conferences, trainings, and events around the world and online. For nine years she managed Atlas Network’s annual Liberty Forum & Freedom Dinner, coordinated nearly a hundred donor events across the country, and planned The Atlas Network Experience tours in high-profile destinations around the world.

Chelsea graduated from Florida State University in 2012 with her bachelor's degree in international affairs, a double major in German & Spanish and a minor in business. While studying at FSU, Chelsea interned at the James Madison Institute, a Tallahassee-based think tank.

She completed the America's Future GO Fellowship in 2023 and worked with their team to coordinate chapter and hub grassroots activity in 2024. She is President and Founder of the 5:00 to 9:00 Club, a non-profit in Pennsylvania focused on empowering moms through community connections.

She works remotely from southeastern Pennsylvania and lives with her handsome and supporting husband, and three extraordinary sons all named after Superman.
