Leader Lab

Leader Lab is a three-day immersive program targeted for new managers who have just taken on more of a leadership role on their team or organization. During the program, participants will focus on becoming more effective managers at their organization. They'll learn best practices on how to manage the transition from individual contributor to leader, as well as some introductory strategic planning tools.
Leader Lab will take place in New York City, New York from November 8-10, 2025. All accepted participants will also be invited to attend Liberty Forum & Freedom Dinner in New York on November 12-13, 2025.

Executive Accelerator

Executive Accelerator is an intensive six-day program designed to equip you with a comprehensive understanding of strategic planning, team management and leadership, and data-driven insight into your strengths and growth opportunities as a leader. This program is designed for individuals new to higher-level management and executives looking to advance their skills in the strategic planning that comes with the job.
Our inaugural International Executive Accelerator will take place in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania, from January 31-February 5, 2026.

Mid-Level Mentorship

The Mid-Level Mentorship Program offers an opportunity for emerging leaders at a midpoint in their careers with an Atlas Network partner organization. Accepted applicants will be matched with an experienced executive in the network to discuss career and personal goals, receive feedback on challenges, and learn from seasoned leaders in the freedom movement. The mentorship lasts for six months. More details coming soon!
Executive Mentorship Program

The ANA Mentorship Program matches high potential new think tank entrepreneurs with established and respected leaders at think tanks around the world. This program is a highly customized opportunity for think tank entrepreneurs to receive insights, advice, and networking opportunities from individuals who have walked in their shoes and have a demonstrated record of success.

Personal Leadership Fundamentals

Personal Leadership Fundamentals is a fully-automated, two-hour course that introduces you to the key components of being a trusted leader, leading without authority, and the personal empowerment that comes with the knowledge of understanding your personal leadership style in formulating growth opportunities for yourself and your organization.
