Clark Ruper joined Atlas Network in April 2015 as Director of Development. He was formerly the vice president & COO of Students For Liberty (SFL) International, which supports pro-liberty students and student groups across the world. Founded in 2008 with a 100-person conference in New York City, SFL grew to include over 1,700 student groups with operations on every continent. Prior to joining Students For Liberty, Clark worked on various pro-liberty causes such as the Michigan Civil Rights Initiative, the Mackinac Center for Public Policy, the Michigan Taxpayers Alliance, and FreedomWorks. He holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, with a concentration on social change in American history and is also a graduate of Atlas Network Think Tank MBA and the Atlas Leadership Academy. As both a past Atlas Network graduate and partner, he saw first hand the impact that Atlas Network makes in the lives of individuals and communities around the globe and was inspired to join Atlas Network in its mission of strengthening the worldwide freedom movement.
