Chris Kinnan

Chris Kinnan is Executive Director of Technology at Atlas Network, where he leads the organization's technology operations and works to strengthen the technical capacity of its global partner network. His current focus is AI strategy and effective adoption.

Before joining Atlas Network in 2020, Chris developed advocacy software and led communications and digital teams at FreedomWorks. He began his career on Capitol Hill as a legislative assistant and House budget associate.

Chris holds a BA in Politics from Princeton University and an MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). He is a LAMP stack programmer with AWS Solutions Architect and CompTIA Network+ certifications.
