Scott Barton

Scott is a nonprofit leader focused on digital communications, strategy, persuasion, and building entrepreneurial teams. I’m passionate about helping organizations tell persuasive stories about their ideas, their mission, and their work.

At the Institute for Humane Studies, a university-based nonprofit, I co-founded and directed the Learn Liberty project, an online education and digital media platform to communicate free markets and individual liberty to college students. With a dedicated and entrepreneurial team, I built a video library of 400 videos with over 25 million views, and several spin-off initiatives. In my many roles at IHS, I’ve led vision and strategy development, fundraising, and digital marketing capabilities.
