Project on Decentralized Technology (PDT) Founders Club
The PDT Founders Club is a community of generous supporters of Atlas Network’s efforts to remove obstacles to innovation and fuel the permissionless development of cutting-edge technologies that exponentially improve human flourishing and strengthen the sovereignty of the individual.
About Atlas Network’s Project on Decentralized Technology
We launched our Project on Decentralized Technology in June 2022 to bolster our independent partners’ efforts to protect the freedom to innovate from misguided government policies in fields such as Bitcoin, decentralized finance, and related privacy-protecting technologies.
Currently, the program supports 29 organizations in 15 countries in their efforts to create environments where exponential innovation in finance, privacy, health, energy, and transport can flourish, and where individuals can be safe from centralized control over exponential technologies such as AI.
Impact from our pilot program
At the moment, over 40 freedom advocates around the world, from 29 groups in 15 countries benefit on a regular basis from our training, networking, and facilitation programs, and collaborate within our PDT cohort
Hundreds of other free market policy leaders have been engaged in the discussion of Bitcoin, risks of CBDCs, and technologies of freedom, on five continents
In the past year, we provided close to $100,000 in funding to their projects advancing freedom of innovation, entrepreneurship, and the right to privacy
We trained 20 free market advocates to use Bitcoin for fundraising and payments in their organizations, and received interest from close to 100
Our Radical Innovation Summit in Mexico City brought together over 200 international tech-freedom policy advocates, technology builders, entrepreneurs, academics, journalists, and thought leaders in radical innovation, as well as university students
Help us move forward faster
Our goal for 2024/2025 is to make the Project on Decentralized Technology a comprehensive program that continuously empowers the advocates of freedom of innovation with training, networking, and funding opportunities
With your help we will:
Train another 100 free market movement leaders to use Bitcoin for fundraising and payments in their organizations
Help the top 10 projects owners in our movement hone their innovation freedom projects with the help of a braintrust of 30 experienced entrepreneurs, investors, technology builders, academics, and thought leaders in the field of permissionless innovation
Provide project funding for at least 10 free market organizations promoting innovation friendly environments that enable the development of freedom enhancing technologies and radical improvements in energy, transportation, and health
Grow the network of external partners from technology and business who can help our partner think tanks in their efforts to enable more innovation at a faster pace
