The mission of Asociación de Contribuyentes del Peru is to promote public policies based on responsible liberty, open markets, and a subsidiary role of the state based in the public services, consumption, and education sectors, through relationships with media and policymakers. This organization aims to analyze, measure, and communicate the impact of state intervention in markets in order to promote public policies based upon the principles of freedom to choose, personal responsibility, competitive markets, limited and effective government, and the rule of law.
