FEE has been a leading non-profit organization in teaching the principles of a free society since its founding in 1946 by Leonard E. Read. Today, FEE focuses on bringing freedom as a life philosophy to young audiences, striving to bring about a world in which the economic, ethical, and legal principles of a free society are familiar and credible to the rising generation. 
FEE produces life-changing student seminars, free online courses, engaging classroom resources, and enlightening classic and contemporary content available at FEE.org and on social media. The strategic combination of high-tech web structure and design, innovative marketing, voluminous online publishing, vast reach, online learning, and in-person events enables us to recruit, cultivate, and stay in touch with young people on a massive scale.
